Delivery
UK delivery only - we are committed to reducing our impact on the environment.
Maemara is only able to dispatch orders on working days. Working days are Monday to Friday.
Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend - we are not an ASOS or Amazon :-).
For example, if you place an order on Saturday your order will be dispatched from our HQ on the next working day which is Monday. We do not ship on UK Bank Holidays.
Please note:
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address we reserve the right to charge postage for the redelivery.
All orders are shipped using Hermes Tracked Service (DPD for the beanbag chairs) and you will be sent notification as soon as we ship.
Our standard UK Mainland delivery charges (excluding Channel islands):
- £3.95 for cushions and inners
- £2.95 for covers, cosmetic and tote bags
- Please allow 3-5 workings days for delivery
- £9.99 for Beanbag Chairs
- Please allow up to 3-working days for delivery
There is no delivery charge for a 5 metre order of our fabric (free delivery when you spend £50) but please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. If you would like to purchase more than 5 metres please email us at hello@maemara.com for a delivery quote.
Special requests can be made for UK Next Day delivery (Monday to Friday) for the cushions, covers, cosmetic and tote bags, orders must be received by 10am the working day prior, this is charged at £5.95.
Returns
We are sure you will be happy with your order, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase we are able to process a refund for the items as long as we are notified within 14 days of you receiving the goods subject to the conditions set out below.
To request a refund or exchange please email hello@maemara.com with your order reference number, the name of the items you would like to return and the reason for the refund/exchange.
We will provide you the returns address to send the item back to and we will then inspect the returns and we will inform you of whether the return/exchange has been approved.
If the refund is due to shipping error or damaged goods we will cover the cost of returning the item. In all other cases you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us.
Please note that items must be unused and returned in the original packaging.
Orders purchased with gift vouchers are refunded through voucher amount rather than cash.
Once a refund has been approved, you will receive the appropriate amount within 7 days of the item being received by us. For an exchange, you will receive the item in the normal delivery time.
